Policies:
- LASH CLIENTS- Please note that infills are for existing clients only. TWB does NOT work over other lash technicians work. Book a removal as an add on to your full set appointment.
- As a courtesy an email and text reminders is sent. If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 50% of your service as a cancellation fee. If you reschedule, no show, or cancel your appointment within 4 hours of your scheduled appointment time, you will be charged 100% of your service as a cancellation fee. A retainer fee is required for all appointments at the time of booking and the remaining balance is due at the time of service. Please be prompt! After 15 minutes your appointment will be cancelled and you will be required to book again online.
- Please be mindful that services are reserved for you and other clients to have total relaxation. For this reason and insurance liability, please no children or other guest.
- LASH CLIENTS- Do not consume any caffeine prior to your appointment.
- LASH CLIENTS- Remove all eye and face makeup prior to arriving for your appointment. For clients booking full sets, mascara can be very stubborn to remove. Please consider taking a couple of days to not wear any and do extra cleaning to ensure the removal prior to your appointment. The adhesive will not adhere to any residue, in turn causing very poor retention.
- LASH CLIENTS- Infill appointments should be scheduled every 2-3 weeks. In order for your set to be considered an infill, you must have 40% of lashes remaining. If less than 40% there will be an extra fee.
- LASH CLIENTS- Customer satisfaction is very important. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the results, please contact TWB within 3 days, so that we can troubleshoot and schedule an appointment to correct any issues. To qualify for a free express fill (30-45 mins), you must be available within 5 days of the initial appointment.
- LASH CLIENTS- There is a $50 fee to accept any appointments that are not during my business hours.
